I have just finished reading some interesting articles by David Enders and Richard Rowley. The two are journalists reporting from Iraq for the Pulitzer Center on Crisis Reporting, a non-profit online journalism organization that intends to be "a leader in sponsoring the independent reporting that media organizations are increasingly less willing to undertake on their own."
The two Iraq journalists did some very good reporting. The stories they wrote on their website were short, but mighty. I thought of sharing these stories with you.

I read the posts: You can/can't go home again; Ghosts; and Falluja, revisited. These articles serve to illustrate that Iraq still has a lot of problems. Bush and McCain keep talking about how great "The Surge" has been. Well, less people are dying, but millions of people are still refugees and various armed groups are still competing for power and control. It seems that there has not yet been much in the way of political reconciliation. It is political dialogue, not force of arms, that is the way to lasting peace in Iraq. Maybe a new election would be helpful, and when it happens, I hope that the Sunni population will be full participants.
They fettered his mouth with chains,
And tied his hands to the rock of the dead.
They said: You're a murderer.
They took his food, his clothes and his banners,
And threw him into the well of the dead.
They said: You're a thief.
They threw him out of every port,
And took away his young beloved.
And then they said: You're a refugee.
