Today is a great day in Iraq. The most brutal criminal and terrorist in Iraq is killed. It's been a long time since we haven't heard good news. But today's news along with the PM's success in completing the formation of his government made me so happy and made most Iraqis unbelievably happy.
I will talk about how I felt when I received the news in the coming post as I have to finish working on the news I reported.
Congratulations to all the Iraqi people and to all those who suffered from the Zarqawi terrorism…

I just read the news and visit your page, hope it's true as well as good for all of you, in order to build a better Iraq and a better world.
Congratulations, BT! May all his victims rest in peace.
These fanatical murderers who kill civilians instead of the troops should have been condemned by all Islamic scholars. Some did condemn them, but unfortunately not all.
Congratulations are indeed in order. I hope this leads to less death and destruction which, in turn, will lead to less sectarian violence.
This guy was a true monster in every sense of the word. Anyone who advocates the murder of people simply because of their religious, ethnic or cultural background doesn't deserve to participate in our world. Furthermore anyone who could cut a person's head off with their barehands possesses a total lack of humanity that is hard to comprehend. Whatever the affects are on the level off terrorism in Iraq, his death is good news simply for these reasons.
I hate to take joy in any death, but this man had become a monster. The death and destruction he brought to Iraq is beyond my understanding. There may be an immediate rise in violence but I hope in the long run, this is the beginning of peace for the Iraqi people. Congratulations to you Baghdad Treasure and all the Iraqi people.

We rejoice with you! Stay strong, be safe.
Artu, well said. I believe our Islamic "leaders" have let us down.
But alas, today, at least 31 Iraqis were killed in Baghdad alone.
Sigh.
Thank God this evil man has finally met his demise. It might save some lives of innocent Iraqi's, especially the brave young men that line up to join the police force and the new Iraqi army. My heart goes out to ordinary Iraqi families who are trying to live amongst all this insanity. The removal of these insurgents will be the key to forging a better future for everybody in Iraq, especially the children. All the best....
